Earth Server News is a satire-first gaming news community. We treat the real world like a game server, which means people say wild things, take the mick, and post edgy jokes. That's the point. These rules are deliberately short because we don't want to police banter.

What we actually ask

  • No illegal content. Don't post anything that breaks the law in the UK or your own country — that includes CSAM, terrorism material, or genuine threats of real-world violence.
  • No doxxing. Don't share anyone's real name, address, phone number, or private identifying details without their consent. Public figures being mocked is fine; leaking where someone lives is not.
  • No spam or scams. Don't flood the chat, post phishing links, or run account/coin scams.
  • Keep it in the spirit of the site. Offence, dark humour, roasting, and satirical takes are all welcome. We don't moderate for "being mean" — we moderate for the small list above.

What we don't care about

Swearing, offensive jokes, controversial opinions, political baiting, and generally being a bit of a menace are all allowed here. If a post offends you, scroll past it or talk back — that's how a community works. We will not remove content just because someone found it rude, crude, or uncomfortable. Satire is meant to bite.

How moderation works

Admins can pin, edit, or remove messages and suspend accounts when the small list above is broken. Because the bar is low, action is rare. If you get timed out, it was probably for spam, doxxing, or something illegal — not for hurting feelings.
